Molly leads the advancement function of the foundation and school with a strong emphasis on building relationships with alumni and all constituents. The advancement staff works closely with the foundation business office staff, the school’s administration, and the foundation board of governors to develop and orchestrate the fundraising programs for the school. She also works closely with colleagues in the CSM Alumni Association and on campus to ensure that alumni and others have a variety of ways to engage with the university.

David works with individuals and their professional advisors with regard to charitable estate gifts for the CSM Foundation, including raising the level of education and awareness of the benefits of gift planning. David assists donors with choosing the best combination of assets and vehicles to accomplish charitable, financial, and estate planning objectives.

Linda manages the financial and human resource operations of the foundation. She oversees the administration, investment, and financial reporting of the foundation’s assets, which includes endowments, current gifts, trusts and annuities, and real properties. She works closely with the foundation board and board committees and is responsible for implementing board directives, policies and best practices.

Rebecca oversees the day-to-day accounting functions and cash management for the Office of Finance and Administration. Trisha develops reporting and communications pieces to keep alumni, friends and industry partners fully informed about CSM Foundation activities and investments. She works closely with campus to track spending on endowed funds, and to report annually to major donors on the impact of their gifts at Mines. Trisha works with fundraising staff to cultivate and maintain relationships with the extended Mines community, and to recognize donor generosity.

Bryan manages the database servers while planning and executing maintenance and upgrade plans. He is also a database report writer for ad hoc internal needs. Bryan liaises with the school’s IT department and external sources to develop solutions to issues between different technical infrastructures. He also provides technical support for hardware and software issues within the office.

Rosie is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and execution of the annual giving program. Her program raises annual contributions to Mines primarily from individuals, including alumni, parents, friends, faculty and staff. The Mines Fund is the annual giving program’s biggest priority, and supports current operations at the school through unrestricted annual gifts.
