THE PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL
The President’s Council is a community of generous individuals who, with annual leadership gifts of $1,000 or more, demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to Colorado School of Mines.
More than 730 individuals joined the President’s Council in 2008-09. These donors understand the comprehensive needs of the institution and actively take a role in leading the way for many positive changes that will benefit Mines for years to come.

Guidelines for membership
- Membership in the President’s Council is open to alumni, parents, friends, faculty, and staff who make an annual gift of $1,000 between July 1 and June 30.
- Gift levels are determined by cumulative giving in a fiscal year. Donors are recognized in the President’s Council in that particular year only.
- Qualifying President’s Council gifts may be made to any area on campus.
- Corporate matching gifts count toward giving totals.
