BP INVESTS IN MINES STUDENTS

This year, 24 high-achieving Mines students are receiving scholarships and fellowships made possible by BP. As part of a three-year, $750,000 pledge, BP is supporting select chemical engineering, geology and geological engineering, geophysics, economics and business, mechanical engineering and petroleum engineering students. In addition to tuition support, students gain prime opportunities to apply for internships and full-time positions with the company. Mines is a key source of talent for BP’s global operations and the company’s generous contributions help ensure the school’s continued strength.
